the only one i know of is that "King of the Hill" was in the July '98 Issue of
Inquest, which was issue #39 ... this is just from my memory though so you might want some
other confirmations before you put it on the page... i think Fasa has all the promos and
where to get them on their homepage... i'll go check right now
