Big Bully decks are expensive. That's the main achilles heel.

Nu Yen denial is your primary weapon in this case:

Ice Queens and Sticky Fingers are my main choice.

Shady Manager is great, as most Big Bully decks rely on Fame.

Humanis Policlubber raises Runner cost (slowing the Bully deck down) and,
targetting trolls, he becomes a great combo with Loki. Trolls will come into
play turned, and with a Loki out you can damage them before they get off the
ground. For optimum damage, the best tactic with Loki is the double whammy, at
the end of your opponent's turn you turn a Loki to deal 3 points armor
piercing, then you unturn Loki during your refresh phase and turn him again on
your turn for a total of 6 points AP damage to the target troll. ;o)

Of course, Jade and Archie make good partners for Loki for similar reasons.

Metahuman Predjudice is another nice one for slowing down a Bully deck. I use
it quite a bit when playing Tony. Keeping the 2 nu yen back for deploying this
card, I'll send a thug back into his deck... usually Skwaaaaaark. The beauty
is catching a Prime Runner like Torgo or Kahm takes the money from him as well.

Unstable Ally and In-fighting have their uses with Bully decks.

Saeder Krupp is another great tool against these decks, as the Bully's often
like the big bad Objectives like Cleanse the Hive, Dragon Hunt, Room 5B78 and
such. If you can get the Objectives off the table, they'll have to play the
game like the rest of us.

Hope some of this helps. It's no great secret that I hate the troll thug bully
decks. :ob
