I don't know about any official ruling, but next time he plays a stinger
on you that kills one of your guys (barfight, wanted, drive-by, etc)
wait a turn until that dead runner would do you a lot of good and then
LotI the stinger that got you. Bring the runner back from the dead with
all his gear intact. Better yet, if he played wanted, get your runner
back while he loses rep. See how he likes playing against his own
twisted rules.
