No, this is not another one of my speculation-based rants ;oP.
A fellow player told me today that one of his friends quit the game
because there were no more Starter packs available, so he couldn´t get
enough other people to start playing. IMHO this card shortage is a
threat to SRTCG. Only very few are willing to start the game with
booster packs. I´ve also discussed FASA´s alleged problems, and I do
admit that it isn´t easy or cheap to produce a card game and expansions.
But I hope we will be able to start recruiting players once 2nd Run is
out. I also know that some people are too lazy to just throw their money
together to let one among them go and get some starter packs from
locations not close at hand.
What were the last mentioned reliable publishment dates of 2nd Run and
Corp Wars? There were dates mentioned of August 31 and November.
