This question is assuming that Maria will indeed be available only
in Europe:

Is Maria FanPro or FASA?
If it's FASA, why would FASA burn a very large player base (those
in the US) this way? IMO, all promos should be available on both
sides of the pond.
I'm still having a really difficult time getting the current promos. I
keep sending FASA a SASE, but I never get anything back (I've
sent 3 so far, no more. The last of those went out 7 weeks ago).
