Hi,
Looking a little carrefully to the "lotus Noir" cover, i have seen that, in
the place where they put price, there is :"9.95 $ CAN", so i suppose it is
aivable in Canada, at least in the part they speak french (Quebec)
Maybe you will be able to get some by mail-order if you found a shop there.

I must tell you:
This is a bi-monthly magazine, next one is n°21, october-november.
I must also warn you, the distribution is somehow heratic, in a old one, the
promo card whas "Foxy-Roxy" or "Fuchi industrie" (one of them at
random), i
have NEVER seen one with the Fuchi in it. That mean if there is more than
one promo card in the one with the "Mercurial" card, it may be possible the
one send there will contain only one of the two promo card and, with bad
luck, not the good one.

I have said i could probably get some more here and mail them to people who
want one, but i still have a lot of details to check, don't ask me anymore
question now, i'll send a post to the list as soon as i found all the
informations i need.
