This question came up in a game and we couldn't come to a conclusion
about it. The steamroller card is in effect for the duration of a
shadowrun. So at the start of a run, the player declares which
objective he's running on, and then he can start (turn) his
steamroller. The question is this. If an electrical challenge is
encountered and an opponent plays whoops on the decker with steamroller,
does it affect the steamroller program?
My opinion is that it doesn't affect the steamroller, because the card
is already turned, the decker already used it, but it is still rolling.
I think the whoops would only affect steamroller if played as the
program was turned. Then the decker wouldn't be able to use it. What
does everybody think? When is the correct time to play the whoops?

Thanks,
Brett
