Heres something to consider for this newsletter or anything else going
to promote the SRTCG. People are saying that a
Less-than-perfect-English title will hurt. While others are saying just
the opposite. Well its been my experance that the title of any book,
mag, newsletter, or whatever is the fourth or fifth thing that people
look at. The first thing that catches a persons eye... be they street
trash or white collar workers is cover art. You want to get someones
attention you need a cool cover. The next thing that people use to
determine if they are going to spend money is still not the title but
the authors name or type of content. Have they ever heard of this
person, do they have a reputations as a good author or is the subject
matter contained within something I would be interested in. The next
thing that gets read is the little blurb on the back cover or inside
page... the teaser. If that doesn't peak any interest forget the
sale... wont happen. Then they look at the title.

If I saw this newsletter on a stand in a gaming shop... the title would
not catch my eye as much as say a few choice picks of some card art: for
example fireball or doomsday device or dunklezens black book.

There are so many different card games out there that if we want to sway
people to the sixth world then we need to do stuff like this newsletter,
but it needs to be done right or it will get ignored. But I'm not the
one too say whos way is right or wronge. I'm just a guy who plays the
game.
