Couple of questions:

1) Can Whoops! be used to remove a special trait like Sancho's bonus for all
humans in the safehouse, or is it only to remove a skill?

2) Can you Change of Plans or Wild Goose Chase a team of going to Fuchi or the
ZZone, since they are in place of a shadowrun?
Change of Plans and WCG say play on a "target shadowrun team". Green Apple
Quicksteps targets a runner to return him to the safehouse. So could I use GAQ
to send memebers of a team home?
