You mentioned "merits"... what do you classify as such?
The top 10 cards of worthy praise that :
- deserve to be hung on the walls as art?
- defensively can withstand any attack?
- offensively deadly to nearly any challenge?
- would fetch the highest price if sold on the market?
- have the ability to steal nuyen?
- all of the above?
- none of the above?
- some of the above?
Of course, I won't ask if the cards have to be officially released or could
we also use some of the card ideas that were posted here before - there
have been many, including a boatload of Matt's Amerindian ideas, that would
be worthy of praise.
Of course I am being a pain...
