Humm...

A - No one in my gaming circle plays with bully decks... so it can be
a little tough...
B - it almost always shows up on an opperation cottonmouth or
crossfire objective. 14/12 (A4).. really bytes.
c - If they beat it up... the run usually ends... no bullies makes it
kinda hard to soak the damage and live.
D - If it gets put to sleep or invisability was used, the running team
doesn't get any rep from it (house rule)... so its useful in my
neiborhood.
