Too expensive, to hasardous...For one use I can deploy a kraker jack or Ceasar

Riots are a coolest way to get rid of mages...
#7 Brain Freeze
What's the use ? Better play a Knock Knock or Wanted. The result is
definitive...

Too restricitve (and expensive).
