In simplest sense, ask Loki *grin*.
Actually, it is the one card Skuzzy drew for him a long while back on a
blank slug card. The challenge is suppose to be 100/100 with no sleaze
requirements. And then there is something about because it was signed by
the man himself, it is quite ~legal~ for tournament play. Correct me if I
am wrong here Loki...
Now if Loki could scan the picture and post it on a web page, I for one
would like to see it *hint*.
