They're not hand drawn, but Nuke-Con sponsored local tournaments award 5
specialty cards, with matching 'plagues', as prizes. Awarded are 1st
thourgh 3rd, last place and what we call Underdog.
These cards are allowed in -most- later Nuke-Con sponsored tournaments
(constructed deck being the notable exception). All the cards are Unique,
limited in scope, and there are very specific rules applied to play. They
seem to have been well recieved and I look forward to seeing more of them
in play.

If anyone's interested, there will be a Nuke-Con sponsored Constructed
Deck tournament at MageCon South in Sioux City, IA over Labor Day weekend.
The tournament is scheduled for Saturday at 5pm.
There will also be both Sealed Deck and Constructed Deck tournaments at
Nuke-Con the first weekend of October.

To be honest, I'm the tournament coordinator, so I'm tootin' my own horn,
but theyr'e still kinda cool.
