Of course it is. But there are good reasons for it. First, there are
only like 16,000 of them that have ever been in print. There are
quite a few more people who play the game. Second, that is an
extremely powerfull card in the game, and especially now with the
big money prizes being offered in tournaments, it is a worthwhile
investment for some people.
