Yes, but silencer weapons are always ranger one, and if a katana is
noiseless, the troll (or other) can be as silent as a charging bull !
My toughs are: a bullet won't let you enought time to scream, a runner can
be spotted, make noise or anything else. (I have made some "live" rpg, and i
can tell you it'is not that easy to crawl behind a guard and kill him
without making noise.)
