Actually, the spell should unturn the runner for your use during your turn.
If this is viewed as making the card a bit more powerful, then increase
the cost. There won't be many times that a runner that you are going to
want to 'Possess' will be unturned. They will either have been used on
a run or visiting a location or healing or any number of things a runner
can do. If the spell does allow unturning, then once the spell goes down
on your runner, I'm sure that your opponents will do everything in their
power to keep all their runners turned (barring an undefended objective)
even if it means swapping and reswapping gear just to keep you from
taking control of their runner.
