Weeeeellllllllll, that's not entirely accurate. If you want to speak of the
game itself, there is multiple ways to use black ice on a tortoise terminal.
One such way which comes immediately to mind would be to run a high level
current through the terminal. If you could bypass all black ice by using
tortoise, then the matrix *would* be a free domain. Other, slightly bigger
problem would be that the time needed to do so would allow Corporate Security
to trace you, and send some boys leisurly after you, which could easily be
represented by the facts on the card. Overall, I think it is a very good
card.
