That's not it. They don't WANT the game to fold.

You've got to keep in mind what FASA has said at cons and elsewhere. They are
primarily an RPG company, the CCG is a product line of there's but it is
secondary to Battletech, Shadowrun, Earthdawn until it's halt and other
gamelines they are developing.

Shadowrun 3rd Edition was just released and the majority of their resources
and creative juices went into it. Two new game lines were announced at Gen Con
and are probably a big focal point for them now as well.

My RPG group is currently doing other SRRPG playtesting for FASA on something
that we have to have in by Oct 12th, so I can guarantee more focussing will be
in that area again.

SRTCG is a great game, and FASA recognizes it's product. However, the company
is an RPG corp that got into the CCG arena as a second line. It's not like
other corps that can through all guns at their CCG's. Jill Lucas, Skuzzy and
FASA Mike have all said that quite openly. Realease dates and development will
sometimes be back burner for SRTCG. Even the DLOH's (Jim and Skuzzy) are FASA
art department members. They're artist's first and SRTCG developers second.

I love the SRTCG and will play it until my cards wear thin (if I can ever get
Tony, Asher or Caric together for a game *grumble*). However reality lies in
some delayed release date and other such facts.
