Why not just say Fuzzball is trashed on a roll of 4+? Same effect as 3AP
damage, since he can only take 3 damage. Other than that, I'd day he
should cost 5Y to deploy.

Yeah, but you could throw dermal plating (or other cyber) on him and boost
his body above 3, making him a ton more useful.
