I realize that this one comes down to personal preference (and is a reason
we have tournament judges <g>) but this one caused me to chuckle.
By the above logic, if a die came up cocked on the first roll, the Loaded
dice wouldn't count on the following roll, because it is 'still a different
roll'.
For the record, my preference lies with the 'it still counts' crowd for
the simple reason that it says 're-roll any dice roll'. I also believe that
you can play a Loti after a previous Loti die-roll has been made. So there
you have it.
