To be honest, I quickly lost track of who thought what. But for the record
here's my take...
A location is (typically) a place. Someplace you stop by to get something
done. If you had three BM's out, it would not matter which one a particular
runner went to, but he could only be at one at a time. Now according to the
rules, since it does not state differently, you could use each location
more than once per turn, but I see nowhere that it states you can use more
than one location per 'action'.
Also for the record...and this is a change from my past beliefs...
I don't believe that Lone Star HQ is cumulative. The card states: "ALL
Lone Star Challenges and Lone Star Runners receive +1/+1 while Lone Star HQ
is in play." It does not say 'for each HQ in play'.
When a Lone Star challenge is revealed, simply ask 'Is Lone Star HQ in
play?', not 'How many Lone Star HQ's are in play?'.
