The HQ says add +1/+1 to all Lone Star, right? It doesn't say, if there
is a HQ in play, all Lone Star get +1/+1. It says add the +1/+1. I'd
say it's cumulative. I mean, you're paying 4¥ for the thing anyways. =

That's a lot of cash. If you want to pay 16¥ and four cards to give a
few guys +4/+4, go for it. =
