But he's in the Sniper's Roost at the time, not the safehouse. Also,
Sniper's Roost states that he "cannot be damaged". On top of that, I
suppose you could rule that the runner team is 'present' with the
Hellblast, not Uncle Joe, since the spell is 'assisting' the runner team.

Ah, but read Invisibility and then imagine using it during your opponent's
run. Sniper's roost states that the Runner may 'assist a shadowrun', not
that it must be *your* shadowrun.
I like to have fun with rules ;).
