The actual text is: "ALL Lone Star Challenges and Lone Star Runners
recieve +1/+1 while Lone Star HQ is in play." Easily read either way. As I
said, I would simply ask, "Is Lone Star HQ in play?" If yes, then they
recieve +1/+1.
Something else to remember if you play with them as cumulative. If you pay
to put 4 HQ's, your opponent(s) also get the bonus. It's not just your
cards that are affected.
