done. If you had three BM's out, it would not matter which one a particular
runner went to, but he could only be at one at a time. >>

True in most cases. Most locations a runner has to turn to go too but in
the case of BM it just sits there and effects the game. No one has to actually
go there you just have to declare your useing it. You say your gonna use it
get your discount roll for arrest and move on to the next effect which would
be say your gonna use it get your discount roll for arrest and move on.

I don't believe that Lone Star HQ is cumulative. The card states: "ALL
Lone Star Challenges and Lone Star Runners receive +1/+1 while Lone Star HQ
is in play." It does not say 'for each HQ in play'.
When a Lone Star challenge is revealed, simply ask 'Is Lone Star HQ in
play?', not 'How many Lone Star HQ's are in play?'.>>>

I actually got a reply from FASA on this one. They did tell me it is
comulative. I got this at the same time i asked them about the HQ effecting
Lone Star Undercover.
I do know where your coming from on this though. Its the same point i made
earlier about the Black Market and thats why i changed my opion on it also. If
they say the HQ is cumlative why wouldn't the BM be ?
