If this is so why the Card has the same effect like a real BM(-2¥,get arrested)?
Why the card is not just saying -2¥.Damn my english is not good enought to say
wht I want to say,so I just can say play it like you want.For me there must be a
little logic in play to and a cumulativ BM is not logical for me.
