No official word, but we always just used the full attack value. That's
the advantage of Sniper Roost over the Indirect Fire. Stuff like the
spells would make sense, so I use it. I know you're adamantly opposed
to that sort of logic, but I -- and my group -- are adamantly supportive
of it. The Foxy Roxy -- the skills don't make any sense or balance with
the game. No sniping skills. As per the Fireball, it's the attack
value anyways, so it makes sense and works within the given paradigm.
Spells like Sleep or Dazzle would be the ones I would worry about -- but
I would say yes. Sending in Spirits or Drones, however, I'd say no.
