As far as the skills go, I think it's too much of a stretch to think
that you call up on a cell phone and are social. As far as the spirits
and drones go, yes, it does make logical sense. Probably even allow it,
since not too many riggers or shamans have firearms. It's more of a
balance issue, but I guess it's really not too unbalanced. Go for it.
Sounds good to me. Just no skills coming in -- that's a little too
much.
