Okay. How's a cost of 4¥ sound w/ Stealth at 2 instead of 3?

BTW, PLEASE correct me for things like balance. I've only actually
played the game twice, so I have no idea really about balance or cost as
comparable to other cards. I mainly collect the cards. (I'd play if
anyone in this town had any interest whatsoever...)
