your friend has the first action on his turn. if he wanted to use a special
ablity of one of his character, he get to go first on his turn.

this is right from fasa, I have a decker w/ an attack program on the table.
my apponent deploys his decker and some gear that would hurt my shoot at kill
him.
FASA says I have to let him finish deploying all of his cards before I can
attack his decker.

you have to use archie before your friend unturns cherry or he can use her
ablity first before archie.
