Subject: Yup you guessed it... More New Card ideas

Hoi,

Seeing how the list has gone positivily stagnent. 8 messages in 2
1/2 days. I thought now would be a good time to post some more of my
card ideas. No real reason for it, just to give someone out there
something to read.

Name - DataJack
Type - Gear/Cyberware
Cost - 2¥
Essence loss - 1
Text - Play on target runner. Runner gain skill Decking 1. This skill
is not cumulitive. Runner is not considered a decker. Roll D6 after
each program is used. 1-4 no effect. 5+ trash program and runner takes 1
point AP damage.
Flavor - "You have learned much... but your not a decker yet."

Name - Basic Instructions
Type - Special
Cost - 2¥
Text - Target runner may gain 1 skill point of any skill except conjure
and sorcery until end of turn. This point of skill is not cumulitive if
the skill is already possesed by the runner.
Flavor - "You don't have to remember it tomarrow... but you better know
it now!"

Name - Shadow of the Monkey
Type - Special
Cost - 2¥
Text - Play on target runner. The next time that the runner is present
during a die roll, that roll is automatically a 1. This roll may not
have DeJa Vu or Loaded dice played on it. Trash Shadow of the Monkey
after the die roll.
Flavor - "Sometimes you can just feel the bad luck."

Note: The Shadow of the monkey is a slang term used in my gaming circle
whenever any player feels empending doom about to befall their
character...

Name - Stake out
Type - Special
Cost - 2¥
Text - Play on target objective. During any shadowrun phase turn any
number of Lone Star runners (max 5). Any shadowrunning team attempting
a run against target objective has its max number of runner reduced by
the number of turned lonestar runners.
Flavor - "Your gonna run where?... The stars all over it."

Name - Borrowed Muscle
Type - Special
Cost - 4¥
Text - Play on target runner. If unturned during your shadowrun phase,
the runner joins your shadowrunning team. If runner dies you loose rep
equal to the runners deployment and attached gear cost.
Flavor - "I'll help you... not die for you."

Name - Ronin
Type - Contact
Cost - 4¥
Text - Any player may use Ronin. Pay 2¥ Roll D6. 1-2 no effect. 3-4
gain 3/2 token runner until end of turn. 5-6 pay addition 2¥ and gain
5/4 token runner until end of turn. Token runners have no skills or
special abilities, or affilations.

Name - Burnout
Type - Special
Cost - 0¥
Text - Play on target Mage or shaman. Mage or Shaman looses 1 point of
conjure or socery and gains the ability to use cyberware.

and lastly... for those who love to argue on card rulings.

Name - Troll Negotiatior.
Type - Contact unique
Cost - 10¥
Text - If during any shadowrun game an argument comes up about how a
card should be played or what it can do. Owner of Troll Negotiatior
automatically wins.
Picture - A large troll holding up some poor twonk a meter off the
ground by his nose ring with a suited man standing against a wall.
Flavor - "So do we have a deal."
