As it states on the card right now I would say yes. It just says trash
X elves. However when LT gets errated for second run I believe that
they said he would just be doing damage to elves, so then that would not
effect the elven hitman.

Not having the blindsided card, I'm not real sure but I would say no.
When you declare a shadowrun there are no challenges for you to face. So
at that time it is legal for your opponent to declare an interception.
And at that time the interception would take place.

Yes, just remember though... when your rigger dies his drones go with
him.

Yes.

Yep a runner is automatically trashed. The only time that challenges
can be sleazed (by matching runner skills with the sleaze requirement of
the challege) is when the alarm has not been triggered.
