NCL No Card Limit

you can put any number of cards in your deck

but, man, if you are playing VTES, which WOTC gave up on years
ago...why can't you hold out on shadowrun...they haven't given up on
it officially...
must not be anyone in your area who plays...or did they give up on it
already?
