:>I don't really like the mechanics of the game. I thought it'd grow on
me,
:>but it didn't.

That's kinda why I got on this list myself; nobody I know finds the
game much fun, mostly because "strategy" seesm to center on slaghtering
the other players runners. May be the (smallish) card assortements we
have, or lack of real experimentation / swapping / etc. I've seen some
counters to this (the challenge / objective thread was intersting), but
still. ..
In other games, its usually good to kill off other players
"hirelings", but its not so clearly the best.

:Moreover, there are a *lot* of deck management cards in SRTCG; although
:I don't think any of these are *very* powerful, most are definitely
usable.

I'd really like to hear a bit about SR deck management. My best
managed deck is a ganger deck that works just because its all cheep (some
Mr blacks and warehouse help).. I find myself using the "draw to seven"
as my "deck management" a little to often...

::It may also be the players: You've got the Runners, you've got the
Specials -- what are
:you waiting for?

More often, ONE person has the runners, and the other is waiting to
loose. :-(
