Q1: According to the description of Skwraaaaaark! he can only use
gear/cyberware. Does this mean he can have a chipjack, but can't put
anything in it? A chipjack (versions 1-3) is listed as gear/cyberware
but skillsofts are listed as gear/misc. Since he can only use
gear/cyberware, he can't use the skillsofts making a chipjack useless or
illegal. ???? Are we reading this correctly?
A1: Yes you are. A chipjack on Skwraaaaaark! is useless.

Other's have mentioned this in earlier posts, and I can't find the
reference off hand, but if a runner can't use the gear, he can't hold
it.
