Here is a card idea I created at work today while thinking along Matt's
next expansion - Seattle By Gaslight (I think that is what it is called).
Comments and criticism appreciated as always. A bit wordy I do say though...

Jack the Ripper II - Unique
Points: 50 reputation
Objective: All challenges require an extra two social skills. Any
non-detective runner that fails to complete the whole shadowrun must roll
D6, modified as followed : +1 [definite] female character, + number of
social skills, and/or - number of anti-social skills.
1-3 - No affects.
4-5 - Jack stalks and causes psychological damage. Runner can not
attempt any other shadowrun if Jack is still loose.
6+ - Frag character. No further stalking attacks this turn if other
runners are available.
