Give this man the understatement of the year award... :)

Why the social skill as the critical skill?... just wondering... (don't
know too much about ol' jack.)
The section on how the die roll is modified is very confusing.
Who chooses witch runner is targeted by jack first (if multipule valid
targets are present)... owner or the guy who ran against it?
Its a hands down Foxy Roxy killer as it is.

Good begining concept... but I think it needs a little tweaking.
