Is there a ruling from the DLOH?

Though, I usually stack a lot of Reinforcements and other >specials in

My gaming circle has limited Media chick to +30 rep per turn. While
this still helps alot, it doesn't overwhelm and allow the 1 run win. (I
did notice alot more Elven Hitmen comming into play though after her
abuse came to light :)
Also with Torgo we have the house rule of 1 AP damage for every 1
nuyen... you can spend as much nuyen as you like and only have to turn
him once, and the owner can divi up the damage any way he/she chooses...
but thats 4 nuyen... 1 dead tinkerbell and 1 dead ice queen... not 4
dead elves. Its still very powerfull, but not as powerfull.
