Under what I suggested and the mention of the HMHVV tokens I could see it as
all 3. I already gave my thoughts on Vampiric Runners, and a Challenge is
easily understood, but you could set up a deck based on a Vampire Contact as
well....again going back to what mentioned....you could use it as a random
roll to give a visiting Runner a HMHVV token that couldn't be removed and
giving them the ability I mentioned. Making for a bunch of chaotic Vamps
feeding off off each other to get stronger. Interesting. Laterz....Raz
