Actually its really nasty, and is more effective in run stoping than the
dreded elite security mage. I think the fragging of just one card to
stop a run cold is a little too powerfull, coupled with the fact that
the card does not go away, especially in the later parts of a game.
Maybe frag a card for each runner present, or like the security mage a
card for every runner to be sent home. Or just have it trash itself at
the end... it ate what it wanted and then went home.
