I agree with Sorrow on this one.....becuz, logically if you pay the Upkeep
of say Lord Torgo in LSLock-Up, no other copies can be deployed.....but if
you decide not to pay the Upkeep, then you open someone else up to play him.
I would say the same would go for a Runner with "In the Spotlight" played on
him. The Runner in Lock-Up is still "in play". Laterz....Kev
