My idea... gosh... I'm just blushing all over... Anyway... I would
recomend that anyone who has ever created any card idea, write it down
in a nice list. This is usefull for the creator, in multipul ways...
first it gives you a base to work from and not memory (mine sucks at
times), second it lets you look on how your ideas evolve, and lastly it
gives you a record of what you have done, something that might prove
usefull someday (or just take up hard disk space... but oh well). I
currently have a very long word document with every card that I have
thought of... unaltered. Now some of those cards are just wronge and
need revision, but at least I have the base for everything. I do agree
that before any net expansion can be accepted it needs to run through a
testing stage to work out anything that has been overlooked. This could
be a small committy of volunteers or just throw the cards onto the list
and see what people have to say about them.

While this is a good idea... I personally wouldn't want to be the middle
guy. It seems like alot of work with little reward. I personally
wouldn't really care if the other guy cheated in his card draw or not,
because 1 - there is nothing at stake of mine to loose. 2 - If the other
guy feels that he needs to cheat, they will find someway to do it. 3 -
not being able to see the physcial decks... someone could just send the
middle guy a list that has 4 ice queens 4 sticky fingers and 4 the big
chase, when they really don't own any of them... 4 - what if both the
players play the same type of deck... the middle guy would need 8 copies
of some cards just to do as you suggested. That is just a few
problems... I do like the idea of playing over IRC (all though I
personally have never done so), but we would just have to ask everyone
to be honest... And if someone cheats, its really their loss.

Having never done so... how does one go about doing it... The layout I
mean... you have your cards infront of you, and what do you do about the
other guys?
