This part is insanely abusive if you're running a Vampire deck: Just
send along Ye Minion Static (or, from AEX, Cobarde) to begin the run. =
Doesn't matter if he dies or not; you're not really trying to score the
run. While (in a sense) it does provide its own drawback, most of the
Vampire Runners are stronger than other Runners in the game - so all you
need to survive is more Vampires.

And this bonus is a little - pardon the pun - stiff. Kinda like making
a lockdown-against-deckers run: Wow. Can't play a single card in my
deck anymore. Doesn't matter if the Objective is worth only ten Rep, or
negative twenty, or whatever; you don't have a game anymore.
*Sigh*. It's "unturn", not "untap"; "be deployed", not
"enter play". =
But that's what they pay me the big money for...

This strikes me as being a lot too close to the Magic (the Gathering)
Blood Lust card. All it needs is the red mana.
