Hey all,

Just wanted to let you know that I've extended the entry
deadline for the 1999 Magespace Short Story Contest until
Wednesday, November 10. If you're still thinking about
entering and you can get your story ready by then, please
send it in! We're looking for a few more entries before
judging begins.

Thanks, and good luck!

Is this JUST because you haven't gotten enough entries yet, Rat, or is it
'cause they all suck?

<grin>
Au contraire, mon ami! Actually I've been quite pleased with the
entries so far. I just want a few *more*. Last year we got 30...
this year I think we have 8 so far. C'mon, everybody--look how much
better your chances of winning are this year! Fewer entries and
*two* prizes!

Hey all,

For those who had intended to enter the Magespace contest but
hadn't quite gotten your stories together yet, here's your
chance!

I'm extending the deadline for one week...actually, let's
make that one week and a few days. The new deadline is:

Saturday, November 11, 2000

This means entries must be in my mailbox when I check
email on the morning of the 12th. Anything after that is late.

We've already gotten some great entries--the extension is
just because I told two or three people I'd probably extend
it, so I figured, why not? :)

So all you procrastinators, get those stories in and maybe
you'll win a cool prize!
