I've heard something about 21 questions to flesh out the pc. They
aren't in the 3ed so I was wondering were I could get 'em?

the infamus 20 questions, they are in the 2nd rule book for example, its a
list
of basic questions that you should have in mind anyway when creating a char,
its just meaned as a direct reminder.

I've taken the questions (and the subquestions as well ) and made up a
'background questionnaire' of sorts to hand out to my players. It's helped
quite a bit since it's gotten my players to come up with actual backgrounds.
I placed it on my website so it'll be easier for my players to access it in
the future, and so I don't have to waste so much ink and paper printing out
copies all the time (I'll be using it all on printing up the Dragons book :)

We revised them a bit and put them in the updated-for-SR3 SR Companion.

Btw, the SR Companion is in at FASA, so y'all should be seeing it soon.
