Okay, if second hand fighters is actually relevant, then I would suggest
talking to Spelslinger (mruane@***.uug.arizona.edu). I think he's back
on this list (he got bounced because of our lame computers here), but in
case he isn't, his address is above. I mention this because he has
written up SR stats for a good many planes and choppers. He drew his
info from Twilight 2000, but only as a source, so there should be no
problem for NERPS. In this way, the discussion does become relevant.

Ok, ye, I did translate almost all of the T-2000 planes & helicopters
into SR. If you want it, it'll have to be a WWW post because it's
already in book format! Haha! But, like a good little boy, I've not the
time to deal with Copyrights & whatnot, so publication isn't
perceived...ever! Maybe later, but not right now.

BTW, most the equipment listed in there was put out by a little operation
of riggers who organied runs to retreive surplus equipment from sites all
over the world. It took about 2 years for them to get most of the stuff,
and some of the stuff actually came from trades & barters. If anyone is
interested, drop me a line.

Well, you've got me interested, SR could do with a few extra vehicles,
particularily hi-tech futuristic ones.

OK, I've gotten enough response to warrant a posting of the general
catalog's TOC and anyone who is interested can contact Aria (Andi Forbes)
on the ShadowTK mailer. I have a problem with costs on some of the
aircraft, but remember, incorporated into the costs are the acquisition
expenses for each vehicle. To get stats on any particular vehicle, pick
the aircraft and I'll send you the entire stat's sheet (sans picture).

I take it the entire file is too large to simply post? Is it possible to
place it on an ftp site, or on someones www page?

here's the critical stats on the catalog:
73 pages total
Each page is dedicated to a short desc of said aircraft, vehicle stats,
and commentary by "shadow figures". Each page also holds a neat header
and section marker.
As I leafed thru this thing, the only real roadblock is getting pictures
for the aircraft.
BTW, I also included 3 appendices on afterbunrer speeds, old mil
equipment, and rules (house rules) about assembly and bomb bursts.
I could post it up on WWW, but I don't know where to scan the images or
transfer it to a site. I just discovered WWW this semester.

As for scanning the pictures, I can't help you, but Paolo is always looking
for new SR stuff for his WWW page, so you have a ready made site available.

It sounds like a pretty cool compilation though (do I hear aa little voice
in the background saying "Nerps submission"? :-))
