I think it is :( I was lucky enough to find a copy at Dufferin late last
year. Check a decent sized bookstore, hopefully they can order you a copy.
If not, well, I'm not selling you mine! :)

Check out the Half Priced book store or it's equivelent. They usualy have a
good selection of used SR paperbacks. I even came across two copies of the
RBB earlier last week. But I don't need another copy.
