Request for 3rd ed:

Clear up magic rules regarding use of MANA vs PHYSICAL spells. When can you use what and
what is the advantage of a mage using powerball on another being as opposed to manaball?

More often then not, a person will have a lower willpower than body. The NPC stats also
reflect this.
