Um, according to the NAGEE (Neo-anachrist Guide to Everything Else),
they say that one Megapulse is equal to one Megabyte per second. I hope
this confuses some more people...

It sure has hell confuses me... I mean, that makes it a dynamic measurement,
but it's always referred to as a static one.
